had toothache here, but gone @Meowmy think snacks and tv rest of day once get home.
got to remember to do stretches . think will mix it up this week, swim, bike, weights . ie have a few days off using same muscles the same way re walking..
@TAB Woolies is a household name with good branding image been around for 100 years etc. I think theyre going to be introducing more robotics to replace humans. They are allready driving the existing employees hard. Amazon is no different. Its a silent tragedy the working conditions these employees face on a daily basis. I've read about the damage it does to employees and their families. The situation in the US was dire for these workers when I read about it. I reckon its the same here.

Hello @Meowmy hope you will be ok, love. I know you're no up to it. You did go out to things yesterday. Maybe stop at home? Its really full on this time of year and its full of expectations from other people. Be here, do that etc. I just slow down the pace around xmas. My brother is in Queensland and friends have passed over anyway.
