This afternoon it was raining so I went with my best friend to a large shopping centre near her house for a walk. We walked a couple of kms all together. It was a good workout because I ended up quite hot.
How was your walking today?
If you have not started walking yet let me encourage you to walk outside and do some. Just 10 minutes will be better than nothing. It’s really good for our mental health!
