Im so glad you achieved lots. Me not so much. Bedding is in baskets to go to laundromat. I'm not sure where I'll be sleeping tonight. Maybe on the couch. I kind of got taken out by all the other stuff going on grr. Hopefully tomorrow. Don't forget after a big day it might be worth planning small tomorrow. I have another busy day mindfulness and my therapist appointment so that's most he day gone. I hope you sleep well ๐๐ค

40 min cardio .. was my max ,,, in my heyday ..
Today I can only brag about 2 x 30 min power walk .. to and from psych session .. good on me didnt cheat with car.
3 chauffeur son trips .. 2 music accompanist sessions
cooking .. no cleaning my bad
big drive across town
1 x 3hr session choir Brahms
busy day .. thats why I am on late.

@oceangirl, are you serious, re already run 40min & had a swim? Wow! I'm impressed grr, well done! Bit embarrassing after my woeful stagger to the bathroom just now lol. All on different levels I guess. Keep inspiring us Oceangirl ๐
