@Alligator_Snap I have done group DBT. To begin with I was very unsure and really did not want to do it (I don't like groups) but I eventually found a little confidence and it helped. There was a lot that I already knew/did - and the follow up sessions with my pdoc were the most important for me - but it did help to practice the skills weekly. I hope you find the supports you need quickly.

 

A tip for the forum - if you want to reply/tag someone type in @and then start typing their name. This will then send them a notification.
