Yeah thanks @tyme some mates have been doing some art they said so we're getting into the season. I'll try and make a start tonight again. I've decided on a colouring book scenery.

Hope you and others are having a good night.IMG_20250614_214018.jpg

Ended up quite sick & needed medical attention. Still recuperating at home. Feeling better each day but cancelled everything for a few days. Yes been cold here too.

Re: Welcome! Introduce yourself here ๐Ÿ™‚

Oh dear @Someonetotalkto . That doesn't sound good. I hope you have a speedy recovery. I'm logging off now, but will be around later this week..

See you then.

Hi @MotherDuck. Itโ€™s great to meet you. I hope you find the support you need on your journey. I noticed that youโ€™re a twin. Iโ€™m also a twin - identical sister. Are you and your twin close? My relationship with my twin is on/off depending on what mood sheโ€™s in and whatโ€™s going on in her life and if she feels like communicating with me- sheโ€™s a bit of a drama queen to be honest! I hope you enjoy being on the forums!

Welcome to the forums @nitternatter! Iโ€™m so proud of you for reaching out and taking care of your own mental health. Thatโ€™s very courageous of you so well done! Iโ€™m glad the SANE Guided recovery sessions have also helped you. Great work on being in health for the past 6 weeks. As for the advocacy role, I hope you are able to find a way to achieve this. We need people with a lived experience to help change the mental health system as we know what goes on in mental health services and organisations instead of just people with no idea beyond the academic side. I fully support you with this idea!

Take care!
