Normally if someone goes for a walk they can do it fairly easily but I can't do it at the moment - when I tried the Sun made me uncomfortable it was too bright at that time

covid 19 is a worry for all ages but us old need further info on why and how to manage.
the cost is also but in my case wash out in very soapy then dry in the sun or at a heater
