@petrichor they do seem to have a lot of overlap!! And there's growing research about comorbidity. I found this article which stated "An estimated 30 to 80 percent of children with autism also meet the criteria for ADHD and, conversely, 20 to 50 percent of children with ADHD for autism."
One of the differences that is quite notable is that ADHD responds well to medication, but ASD doesn't have any regularly prescribed meds. Folks who have both, who start medication, might notice some symptoms subside but others will persist.
If you're noticing a lot of ADHD symptoms seem familiar, it might be worth looking into for diagnosis! There's a couple of screening tests you can have a go at - they are not diagnostic tools but might give you an idea on whether it's something you'd like to look into further 😉

Thanks @Jynx
I looked at the questions and had to laugh about some (not in a laugh about people way). For me it is bizarre that someone would read something that doesn’t interest them - why bother? My real life people problems are very different to what is described though. I’m on meds for other mental health issues so I’m hopeful that I’m not undiagnosed (and I don’t try to self diagnose anymore).
Looking forward to the next lots of memes. It’s good to laugh, it’s all too serious anyway.
