Hey guys,

It’s a nice cool day here today. Going to be really hot tomorrow. Just waiting for a couple of packages to be delivered. They are all coming at once. Two from Amazon and one from a friend. They should be here in the next two hours.
@Meowmy enjoy your batcycle ride. I need to go back and find a picture. Sounds interesting.

Re: Tabaluga's

Hi @SmilingGecko good to hear from ya! Yeah hiding out in the air con lol but trying to switch it off every now and then! Conserve power, good for the planet and all that 😉

Oh that is amazing my friend, sounds like the work you're putting in is paying off!! You've reminded me it's about time for me to get stuck into my Archetypes cartomancy deck (this one, if you aren't familiar!), I find it to be a really good way to bookend the year!

So you reckon you're getting as much benefit from the meridians work than you got from acupuncture, am I reading that right?

Re: Tabaluga's

Yes this one when its not sleeping requires constant pats. I bought her chilled cat broth to keep her cool. I'm a bit worried about her getting heat exhaustion. I kept her indoors with aircon. I wish I never spoke to that phone consultant. He asked me to fill in a survey at the end of the call I was polite and just said yes but decided to hang up instead as there was nothing positive to say. He needs his job, no point leaving a bad phone review @TAB They don't care about disabled pensioners anyway.

Re: Tabaluga's

mines a bit the same re patting, but I started it and made it into a routine. comes in, eats, jumps on bed, wants to be patted. @SmilingGecko  just ignore it next time or shut doors if dont want to let it out lol

Re: Tabaluga's

@SmilingGecko

Don’t feel bad. I often say yes to do survey and then hang up instead. Every man and his dog wants a review these days.

Re: Tabaluga's

Hello @Jynx oh how I love Caroline Myss' work with archetypes! I am still signed up to her e-mail alerts and used to love watching her commentary on it. I still do! She is a very astute medical intuitive. She's still going around the traps I notice! I have her books I think the Sacred Contracts one was on archetypes, although I don't have her deck of cards. She suggests movies in the back of the book to fully embody the archetypes which you position on your astrology natal chart.

The meridian balancing I well kind of think is better than regular acupuncture. I would go as far as to say that. Usually after acupuncture I would feel serenity and peace, and this does the same thing. So its a daily fixture for me now!

My thermostat on my aircon makes it stop blowing cold air after the desired temperature has been reached so its energy efficient. But I do wonder about those McMansions some people call them. It takes a whole weeks pay to pay for energy bills as those big square two storey homes use up so much energy. My electricity bill was in credit even with me having aircon on at night!

Re: Tabaluga's

@SmilingGecko oh I've not actually read the book, but definitely hungry for some more reading! I've just finished two amazing books, Polysecure and Polywise, both by Jessica Fern - they're focused on consensual non-monogamy but BOY HOWDY do they have some incredible insights that I think would be valuable to literally everyone. If you're curious, I'd be happy to ramble on about em! But yeah this time of year always good to do some lil internal check ins, take a poke at my blind spots, and see what the universe is chatting to me about atm!

Wow, high praise!! I will have to investigate. Do you have any links or resources for a way to get started?

Ach, I wish I had that kind of functionality! I rent, and the air con system is ancient lol. I try not to let it chug on for too long, might have to pull out my spray bottle and hand fan 😂

Re: Tabaluga's

@Jynx

Those two books sound interesting. Which one would you recommend to start with? I don’t know much about poly lifestyles, only what I have seen on tv
