@TAB Was expecting a difficult day. It turned out into a long drawn out wrangle with my electricity provider, asking questions about a basic procedure which was always handled properly for years but this time it wasn't. Keeping me on the phone for ages then saying they hadn't received certain forms which I sent years ago. Then the cat wanted to go outside in the middle of the call and she hasn't been back. I kept my cool. I knew what to say and how to say it without being angry or abusive but I'm really worried about the cat now. I've been outside calling the cat but nowhere in sight and shes not meowing around the front or back patio. I think most people would have lost their heads over this telephone consultant. Was wearing obsidian crystal so I knew how to handle myself and take directed action without being hot headed. Now the cat...
