Rest works @Glisten  so does hot and cold water in shower. Ok plus cremes and pain stuff. Well physio if you have extras.

Good Morning @Meowmy @Bill16 @StuF  still 30 deg here 0430 am ffs.. 43 deg by 10.30 today. nuts. having shower and back to bed here soon. oh, today was supposed to be day $7k from super would be transferred, checked bank, its been there for 3 days now lol so not having to worry if decide to go away for a few days over hols eg lol
