yeah might be a late one here @Bill16  not drunk in a while, plus sold a/c to someone who needed it today. listed other one got sixty views and 5 bites in an hour, someone said too cheap, yeah nah yeah, got on fb myself a year ago. just wanted money back, been sitting around gathering dust, never installed them, got another split, house small just leave doors open between rooms and celing fans , not ideal, but yeah good in lounge and bedroom where a/c's are. so should have sold 2nd one by tomorrow

might have to put other stuff up as well, got like 4 phones and couple modems dont use

Good deal selling the A/C @TAB thinking about selling my Malibu for a grand, got a new wetsuit for sale to,if you have got sh!t hanging around you don't use,get rid of it

I made a list a while back @Bill16  re getting rid of stuff. a/c's went out the back when cleaned them like 6mths ago, never went back inside, so werent really taking up space. need to shift bed and furniture in loungeroom . small house, but used to be able to stretch on floor of 1br flat 1/4 the size, need to re-organise, pack up and throw stuff.

my place gone up $50k since bought it 18mths ago according to realestate.com , better return than super, ok double lol and 4x money in bank

//anyway thats dumb luck didnt go up much at all  in first 6 mths @Bill16  anyway, not why I got it. I got it cos can afford it, plus no one was going to give me a mortgage. Told mate other day dont have a mortgage he was shocked. its cheap place in small country town lol

very late nite for me last nite, and some bozo thinks picking up a/c soon. Will have to wing it lol. Had first coffee. shower now lol.

Got appt w gastro Dr early afternoon, hoping I didnt have to do anything like bloods b4 it, because I havent.  they were supposed to check on my records fm WA  and make some sort of decision on when next colonoscopy will be, also re GORD (reflux) not expecting much. They were very pleasant and caring last time though. they were thorough and took time to ask questions and try and give answers, well was like $100 gap cos specialist, but yeah, lol
