@Oaktree well done! I wish I had the self confidence to step out like that. Because I am missing my upper front teeth I am too embarrassed to talk or smile. You are amazing for stepping out, I am so proud of you!

The same goes for job interviews, I look at vacancies and think I would not get the job because of my missing teeth. Who would want someone with no teeth in a customer service role?!

@SmilingGecko happy Tuesday my friend! I wanted to let you know, I am not actually a lass! I'm nonbinary, and use they/them pronouns. So I think the technical term is Mx. Jynx! It's no sweat btw, no guilt in not knowing!! And like, I got no qualms about having a yammer about my gender so if you're curious about my experiences pls feel free to ask! 

My crafty project is for decoration!! At the moment I'm planning to hang it as the centrepiece for this lil display:

Oh neat, I have seen that one floating about, will have to check it out. My throat and sacral chakras have been feeling misaligned methinks. Slow work indeed, but work worth doing!

Hello @Jynx sorry about that misunderstanding. Yes I do know a bit about gender fluidity, only one way of addressing someone, Mx. I know of and transfolk but am not up to speed on all of it.

My biological sister (adoption) was a lesbian in the 1980's and belonged to LGBTQIA+. Had a few lesbian and bisexual friends and a couple of trans folk I used to know over the years but possibly am not educated enough.

I don't mind who people are so long as they are nice people.

I just remember how hard it was for lesbians in the 1980's. It wasn't well accepted. We used to have to go to pubs that put on a lesbian only spaces. The vilification used to be intense. You just could not come out. 

I remember reading a classic lesbian book called "Rubyfruit Jungle" I think which just about every lesbian teenager read at some time which my sister told me to read

Even now had a couple I used to know on the pagan scene who find it hard in public. The attitudes still aren't the best.

People should just have a right to be and I'm OK with that.
