Might go out today as its cooler here. Have been watching a podcast on these breakthrough light wave healing frequencies called "terahertz" which are relatively new in the last 10 years. They boost nitric oxide in the body whose deficiency in both stress and ageing leads to disease. Every kind of disease can be linked to the nitric oxide molecule being lacking in the body. I watched an interpreter and Russian scientist talk about this wonderful discovery and how its emergence is shaping the world of healing. These people also drink hydrogen water so it must be amazing what these terahertz frequencies can do! Currently have had lots of success with Rife frequencies which are in hertz. Anyway typical virgo that I am - vitamins and detox! lol

Hello @TAB and good morning, hope you can pick up later on in the day.  I have to put the cat out at night. Does he let you scoop him up and put him out the door later in the day? This cat can be pretty demanding but she does settle easily. Requires constant patting though.

Got to check the astrology for this week. Have put cleansed some Andara crystals so hoping for some wild dreams tonight. Its well known in the crystal world that Andaras produce lucid dreaming! So got them out again and looking forward to my dreams tonight

he lets me pick him up, used to struggle, someone got him used to it more recently @SmilingGecko  he tells me if wants to come or go, usually involves food and attention. sleeps the rest of the time. he takes notice of tv now. never used to.
