Just been in the sunshine to get enough sun until my skin just begins to go lightly red. Its my VitD quotient. It would be interesting to know what biochemical reactions the suns rays are responsible for. I just do a sunlight meditation getting sun on my thyroid. Its meant to be good for thyroid health. I just close my eyes and imagine a little butterfly on my throat lightly flapping its wings and soaking up the sun! 🦋  It was recommended from a healer I follow. I love doing thyroid meditation!

Work was nice and short this morning! The book shed was as close to empty as I've seen it...I just hope it stays that way for Friday!

excellent @StuF  job doesnt start til next year. this guy is talking like I have it, but thats prob normal for this type of job. he asked for a copy of my resume (which I had already sent) but he wanted it on his computer (prob at home haha) I said can send completion cert as well. I threw in older resume more work specific as he seemed interested ,also trade papers,same deal. Told him I went to same place when started Govt Dept I did apprenticeship with

ie all sold off, private company took it over

job was re advertised today, had no reply prev

but tuned application up this time and added in that I had Finished course and had Working w children now
