yeah , always issues these days @Meowmy as sort of ex/friend said other day , I was in caravan pk two years ago, now have house , finished course etc.

@TAB I'm measuring myself weekly. My diabetes educator was asking me to measure myself when I first saw her. Waist hips chest and around the top of each arm I think it was. You should check out these resistance bands exercises they are insane! I love doing them

i did Gutbusters mid 90s @Former-Member was min fibre, min protein, max fat and min walk. lost 6 inches off guts. told GP, he showed me on his belt he lost near double on same thing, would just eat can of baked beans as staple, well plus other stuff, but fibre and protein the key

I remember Gutbusters in the 90's @TAB! Wow thats a lot of inches. I bet you were happy with that. Do you think you could have that as another goal again? I'm increasing the amount of reps now I'm stronger. I don't know where I bought this band from I think ebay but it really does build strength.
