Re: Share a cuppa?

Yesssss @Oaktree potatoes are best! My fav gotta be waffle fries, they're soooo good!

@ArraDreaming what's your fav way to eat potato nowadays?

Tell me more about the zucchini slice. I have 5 plants growing. I have my first zucchini away yesterday. I have thought of grating them and making into fritters. Also sliced and coated in oil then sprinkled with paprika and shove in the oven. Looking for more zucchini ideas. I might try and find a recipe for sugarfree mustard pickle especially for my friend who is allergic to sugar.

Re: Share a cuppa?

I will say this @Oaktree @tyme I LOVE a potato cake
During lockdown we went to all of the places in our local area and rated the potato cakes out of 10, had a running tally on our fridge, places included serve stations, fish and chip shops, milk bars, I’m pretty sure it was in the 5km limit and I found the best potato cakes like 4.98km from us, went there so often I couldn’t eat any for like 6 months after

Re: Share a cuppa?

Zuchini slice mate, got real sick of fritters we made them too often

Just chop it fine, put it in a baking dish with some chopped bacon, cheese if you want, about half a dozen eggs give or take you decide, some SR flour maybe some milk, bit too much though, and garlic and onion powder, win! Cook until brownish @Oaktree

Ooh I love potato cakes too but here we call them potato scallops. I also really love Aldi’s curly fries but they haven’t stocked them here in over a year. I always look rather hopefully though.

Re: Share a cuppa?
