Re: Share a cuppa?

but yeah, really trying to put some training into N especially about not jumping on the couch and things like that

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hahaha! I remember I gave myself work once... you know what i did? I decided the bean bags needed washing so i emptied them all out to wash the covers... boy! It was a job and a half! And a mess and a half!

Since then. I've had vinyl bean bags that just need a wipe down lol @ArraDreaming

I've also learnt my lesson!

Anyway, I'll be hopping off soon. Hope you get to have some good sleep too 🙂

Re: Share a cuppa?

Yeah, you'll have to be sooooo careful with N and the new baby. @ArraDreaming

Re: Share a cuppa?

It’s on my mind @tyme I’m super nervous
shes just so energetic and I have nightmares of her just pouncing on the baby, for real… 🤯🤯🤯
Footy nearly over so I’ll wait up for the fam to come home then bed for me as well!! @tyme

Re: Share a cuppa?

but I also don’t want it upset her and just put her outside all the time either cause that would be horrible for her she would feel neglected

Re: Share a cuppa?

Just plan well. I'll do some researching tonight to see if I find any good tips about introducing a baby @ArraDreaming . I think being proactive will help a lot.

Enjoy your evening and we'll chat tomorrow.

Introducing pet to baby:

https://www.rspcaqld.org.au/blog/pet-care/introducing-pets-to-babies

https://rednose.org.au/news/introducing-your-pet-to-your-new-baby?gclid=CjwKCAjw5remBhBiEiwAxL2M916z...

The articles mainly talk about allowing the dog to smell and sniff the lotions and baby clothes, building physical barriers between baby and dog (gates, doors), allowing the dog to listen to baby cries....
