How's your back @Shaz51 , did you manage to rest over the weekend?

@Former-Member
An afternoon cuppa is always lovely 😁
For me... I've actually got myself out of bed & cleaned. Now I can sit & look around the house & not feel bad about things not being done. Finally feel a little bit more content with my surroundings so hopefully I can relax & be mindful. 🎉😊

big cup of coffee poured for you @Shaz51 ❤️ I might have a little slurp of decaf for myself
and G'day @Dimity, what are you thinking for more support? I also hope something comes of it! My Monday was ok. I had the morning off and I had a really nice, slow day with a coffee in the sun. The little things are sometimes just really nice

It's decaf for me too @Former-Member . I'm looking for a social carer for a couple of hours per week. I go weeks without speaking to anyone and I've let things slide. It took a while to muster the courage to register with an agency.

Decaf it is @Dimity ☕️ I'm so glad you mustered that courage. And it really is courage. I imagine putting yourself out there in a new space, with a new kind of support was daunting. ❤️
Well done and keep us updated!

@Christofuuu done! Cuppa is on!
I'm so glad you're feeling a bit more content with your space. It sounds like it's something that you can struggle with sometimes. I know I do too ❤️
So I'm glad you can rest and be mindful this evening. Anything planned for your rest?

I cope in the same way... Isolate and keep to myself.
It's not easy to break the isolation so well done for getting the courage to get the support. It's a moment of struggle but it's worth it.
@Former-Member
I might try and watch a movie... I usually watch thriller movies because the suspense gets me to focus on the movie.
