Yes thanks @Bow  I'd love to join you,  and anyone else around,  for a cuppa.  The sun is shining here at present,  but clouds gathering and showers predicted. Will make the most of the sun while it lasts I think. 

I was doing some diamond painting earlier,  while listening to an audiobook. Trying to take my mind off other things,  other places that I dont want to go right now.  Distraction is my friend for now.

I’ve been on my bike and also done some painting. Started a new canvas the other day, finished the background this morning now starting on the flowers. Waiting around for comm mh to visit. 

sun is now on the other side of the house and it’s getting cold in my room so perhaps time for a cuppa to warm me up.
