I got the scan results...

Osteopenia in my spine and hips. 

Crazy strong arm bones though. 

Turns out I'm an anomaly.

It hurts a lot

It shows how my arms hardened to fight and my spine was abused and depleted

I'm defeated, there's so much going on and I'm not being given a chance to catch my breath in between things. However I'm glad to be sitting in my bed with my puppy, an audiobook and my diamond art.
