might have a shower, then twiddle thumbs for whats left of 90 mins til drs open and ring to try and get appt lol

@TAB yes most leave a bit of a gap for emergencies. Things have been pretty bad for me and don't have any help other than the supportive people here.

yes, re gap,, seems. same at dentist I go to now. if no one needs it, they have a break or use it to catch up if running behind. well glad Sane is helping in some way .

it was okay thanks @Dreamy  its a good shower, good pressure etc. shower wasnt as dirty as i thought, so may leave cleaning it for a while yet lol 

anyway , feel better and got clean clothes on. always helps. woo 55mins to go to make call lol
