Today is the second day I'm not using my phone. As you can see as I'm using my phone to message you I'm dismally failing. So I'll start now. 

But before I'm putting my phone away .. I realise if the stress that has flown off my body since withdrawing from TAFE. 

@saturnzoon how kind you are to think of others in the flood. 

I am so over Trump news. My husband focused on it. How can you judge on America unless you live there or have ties to it ?

I rarely take my phone into the paddock if I’m working. I love not having it on me.

There are a million other things to do, other than be online.

I don’t watch tv and I stay away from the news. That sh!t is toxic.

@Gremlin24  this is days of toughness for you. We are there. I'm personally thrilled that there is one for my weird talk and it's neurodivergent. 

It's tough. It's hard. We are sitting with you. When your ready, not yet maybe soonish can you see something.itgle joyous like sipping a nice cup of tea- or watching something nice on television ?

@PeppyPatti things are only getting tougher and im not sure i have the strength to keep going. I watch my tv shows and I colour in pictures but as far as actually enjoying it, at the moment it's more of just a task. Thankyou for being here to chat to and I enjoy our chats very much ❤️

@PeppyPatti   after a while I felt way better not having gone for interview for job in adelaide that would had require me living away fromhome and paying for it myself on not that good a wage and leaving cat to its own devices 4 days a week. i thought 100% for job/career, could not get my head around leaving cat tho
