few gurgles from that area, but was getting that just before procedure @Former-Member  apparently they use gas to inflate bowel to get better look lol, felt like needed to go before , went to loo and had a 'pop' that was it lol guess till some in there ha ha

Lol @TAB usually takes a few days to recover. A lot of bloating and discomfort. Good luck with it all.

Had worse tbh re gas @Former-Member  but thanks. Will get some remedies when out.  Just need quick list lol. 
hey am nearly' free' had thyroid op, had colonoscopy, car serviced, got stereo, suspension repairs monday then ready to roll for holiday/find a dwelling trip lol

Ha yeah I aim pretty low hey re goals. @StuF  got appt @ gym monday. Thought to myself if Just walk there 3x /wk and turn around and walk home, still more than I've been doing recently lolo.. just off to shops now then Bourbon o'clock lol
