Tbh it felt like everything was wet cement for while
If it dries and solidifies then I think I'll be able to decide if I need it in my life as a foundation or I can chuck it in the water and forget it.

The prices are going to continue going up as the cost of living goes up @TAB.  Property management is all bogus if you ask me.  I had not heard there were shorter contracts to renegotiate steeper rental prices. Makes sense huh? Have heard of landlords renovating properties to boot out current tenants to ask for a higher price with new tenants but that was before all this inflationary stuff.
