@Oaktree I did end up going for a short walk, but it was at night after work, which is better than nothing but I think it's probably best when you get some of that vitamin D 🌞

Just got back from my walk. Did 30 minutes. I am pretty proud of myself as it’s not even 9am yet. Usually I am still in bed now. Did a shorter walk today but it included a hill.

Thank you so much @Oaktree! I'm really proud of you too, look at you go, in the middle of winter no less! Walking is probably one of the best things you can do for your wellbeing so it's really amazing that you're putting this self-care in place 🌼
