Re: Recovery programs

Hey @AlwaysMyself

Yes, new referrals are closed for now. We haven't been given an exact date of when they will open, but keep checking back here for the most update information. Planning ahead and having it as something to use when you have a gap in your other supports sounds like a great idea.

I'd be happy to give you some more info about it - was there any aspect you were most curious about or did you just want to hear about it as a whole?

You can also always give SANE a call on the service enquiry line on 1800 187 263 or via webchat (clicking the little chat icon at the bottom right of the screen here) and they'll be more than happy to answer any questions about Recovery Club too

Hi @unimportant ,

Thank you for getting in touch.

"Why join RecoveryClub?

RecoveryClub is a free, 6-month digital program that offers evidence-based recovery resources, 1:1 support, online groups, and peer support connections to help you build confidence and develop practical skills for your wellbeing and recovery."

Vs

"I can see you started the program in November, and completed: 1 x welcome call 1 x support planning call 3 x phone sessions 1 x group on HOPE You were sent a program completion endpoint survey on 11/12/25."

We cave ypu a month when we promised 6, now disapear for half a year...

Okay thanks for your time guys. It has gone exactly like my experience of MH providers always goes. I will learn one day.

Re: Recovery programs

Hi @unimportant , I will email you separately, as you were part of a different program.

Re: Recovery programs

Hi @unimportant , I've replied to your other thread about your experience just now, so I wan't repeat myself here.

But one thing here you mentioned that I am curious about, but only if you want to talk about it with me.

I'm wondering what has happened for you in the past with other MH providers? 😢

It sounds like you have experienced a pattern of starting with supports but then after a short period of time the support has been discontinued? or you have found it not suitable for you?

As mentioned in the other thread in my reply, I would love to help brainstorm alternatives with you that might be more suited to what you need and not end up with this past experience (maybe we can figure out why this has been happening to you? and find a support & pathway that will give you the support needed in the way you need it?).

Re: Recovery programs

Ok so at the end of last year I had a therapist that told me to stop seeing the psychologist. When I did, he then told me to stop seeing him.

I had this place but then they decided to cancel me as well.

When you deal with complex mental health, everyone tells you to go somewhere else.

It is the normal approach and I should not of expected any better here.
