I really should be doing some preparation for an assessment at Tafe but I really can’t concentrate. I just emailed my lecturer about it in case I have to ask for an extension

Oh very good idea @Oaktree in flagging it! I find little things like that can help me feel like I have a 'safety net' if things do get worse... which often helps in ensuring that they don't!
I think you're allowed to write off today as a study day and maybe focus on doing something silly, creative, or enriching instead!

We looked after our not well grandson yesterday
I Know that hubby is feel overwhelmed and is not talking
Tv channels are being changed every second

Grandson is 18 months and we went to his place yesterday to look after him
But he has to come to our place for 2 days because we have appointments happening @Jynx
Well I cooked roast chicken legs and roast vegetables for dinner
Went and got my hair done today
