I am so Grateful for my memory (recently) - remembering things like this Childhood Book.

I’ve always found it endearing & very encouraging.

I was a late bloomer myself – I struggled to learn to read or write (& could never draw), just like Leo.

I remembered the saying “Don’t change, I love you just the way you are” – “then he changed” (bloomed)!

I thought that saying was from this book, but it isn’t in there (must be a different book).

In any case, the theme (meaning is the same).
