Re: GRATITUDE

@Daisydreamer .

Oh I am so grateful for the sun and her warmth. Cheers me up. Energises me.

I am also grateful that I splurged at the supermarket and bought myself some Cornetto. Deliscious chocolate. Was a real treat. Been years since I ate one. I forgot how yummy they were.

Re: GRATITUDE

@utopia Cornettos! They are so nostalgic 🙂 Such a great treat!

So glad for you @bipolarbunny

You've inspired me, today I walked for the fourth day in a row. Haven't done that for a while.

Re: GRATITUDE

It's 2:05am. Yesterday my app entry for the day was rain and sleep. Living in a climate of lots of sunshine, the rarer event of rain is softening for me. Sometimes when it's raining I will stand in it for some moments to feel it on my skin. Though my sleep patterns have been very erratic over my life, I am grateful for the many restful sleeps there have been as well.

Re: GRATITUDE

Hi frog , yes I too am thankful for medication. In my earlier years of mental health issues I tried to get by without medication and 3 times stopped taking it because of the stigma. Each time ended up in hospital and finally learned albeit the hard way that I wii be on medication for as long as I am alive.

Go well this Easter, roses 🌹 love and hugs
