Re: Wait what did I come into this thread for again? Oh yeah, ADHD!

Good and tired @Jynx 😊

We went for a 300 km drive to the Falls and back home again 300km

The photo is too big so I will need to fix it before showing you 😁

Oh lush @Shaz51 but what a big drive!! Sounds delightful though!! See any critters?

@Jynx

Had to stop for cattle on the road

And for a big lizard crossing the road

We had morning tea at a beach

And lunch in a big town

Cheaper lawn mowers, manure and potentially milk in the future. 😛 "Feed the soil, feed the plants" as (one of) my idols Geoff Lawton says.

Slowly building a permaculture food forest.

See you tomorrow @Jynx 😁😴

Definitely, nature knows better than we do IMHO. It's all about reading the land, what's growing (or not growing) will tell you what's going on.  Eg. Taprooting plants = compaction and hair net roots =erosion. All about observing what's there to find whats missing. Permaculture is definitely a passion of mine.

Re: Wait what did I come into this thread for again? Oh yeah, ADHD!

@Shaz51  Snazzy. How do you cope?

🤣

Can’t argue with that @Toast89 Job well done 👍🏼

Re: Wait what did I come into this thread for again? Oh yeah, ADHD!

Well…. here is a handy tip of you adhders out there with time blindness
I really need tol at you know,… DONT DO THIS 😂😂

About 6 months ago I put my car clock forward about 8ish minutes and my phone clock (yep I overrode the internet clock and changed it myself) about the same, they were a little off but I knew both were 5 mins ahead, I always had at least 5 mins up my sleep
But damn,
After 3 days I realised great, the clock is actually wrong so I’m not running late, I’m on time, and then the “I still got 5 mins my clock is fast” bs started…
and then this is where I went wrong
One day I just decided, I’m going to change my phone clock back to regular time… I don’t friggen know why!!
So I have to override the last 6 months of telling myself “it’s fine my clock is fast”.
so anyway…. I realised after one day that it was not smart, and I was so sure I changed it back… SO SURE
but this week I have been late to EVERYTHING and I’m like huh? my phone is meant to be 5 mins fast, remember, you changed it back to normal time then made it back fast again
Except this morning when I realised, no I never made it fast, the time on my phone is in fact the real time…
people, no matter what you think, changing the time on your phone never works, just don’t do it….
My brain is so confused about what time it is @Jynx 🤣🤣🤣

What the hell
