Yea I get it the staff have been really worried about me because im shutting down. But I cant tell them what is scaring me. Becoming detached is the on l y way I know how to manage. can I sit with you and hold your hand while you sleep. I will protect you and I won't let go. I hope thats ok. big hugs j

Hi @Jacques , Have you done any colouring lately? I've been studying so not much time in the evenings. But trying do 15 mins each morning and use it as mindfulness time. I hope you are reading the forums even if things are really hard and you don't feel like you can post. But please know that there are lots of people here caring and supporting you. Lj
