things are still really hard but im going abit better than before. im doing lots of spring cleaning so thats keeping me occupied through the day so thats helpful

@outlander slowly reducing a med,  he is possibly having withdrawals, possibly starting to relapse, hopefully he will get to sleep  soon.  Have pdoc appt next week, will report his distress.

Withdrawals can be really hard. Im glad theres a pdoc appt on the horizon. Hopefully he gets to sleep soon enough and can start again tomorrow.

This weekends pretty average @Former-Member

Today i need to go clean a paddock and give pur horses their wormers. Do voting and hopefully more cleaning up.

Then tomorrow ive got abit of volunterring in the morning, dropping off some of the dignity bags and waiting for chrisco to arrive.

What about you?

@outlander Heading out shortly for BBQ lunch with friends today,  hoping to get some gardening in later. 

Tomorrow will be our usual Sunday routine. 

Have got a few more bits collected for dignity bags. Want to get a few more bits together before dropping off.
