Hi @Alligator_Snap I certainly do have fur babies - they are my whole world. I have a dog called Toby and a cat called Clover. I used to have a cat we called Cat here but I lost her over a year ago after a long battle with cancer. She is buried in a special place in my garden so I can 'visit' her whenever I want/need. My other two ratbags get on really well - Clover loves to pounce on Toby and then run away. Occasionally he catches up and they wrestle - it is adorable. I have also seen many times Tobes running up the hallway with a Clover attached to him - usually by his tail - they do give me so much joy.
I also have depression, anxiety and CPTSD - all managed at present so whilst I am mindful of what I need to do to keep managing each, I am also able to work and 'live life' a bit more than I once could. Coming from where I was to now has been a very long process but it would never had happened without the amazing support from members and staff of SANE. I hope we can support you as much as you need and you find a place here in the community also.
