Interesting but heavy TED talk re mental health
The following link will take you to what I find is a very interesting TED talk about how we use words. Sort of. It's a fairly hefty read and may not be your thing at all. I read the interactive transcript as it doesn't use so much data.
How I use words and in fact what words I use are a fairly reliable indication of where I'm going mood wise. There could well be merit in what this guy is saying.

I agree. @Kurra Havent got time to look at talk yet, but as my first area of study was language and words and not music ... it doesnt surprise me in the least.
I had a few linguistic habits that I have had to change and address to improve my well being recently ..
sometimes we can be our own worst enemies .. double negative ??
