I have always got a headache. I get tension ones and maybe mild head injury but warned off by Gp 20 years ago, and not letting surgeons experiment too casually on me. It is what it is. Stayed off pain meds otherwise I would be a junkie.

yes, navy as well @Appleblossom  (colloquially known as 'wife beaters') even my father had white ones for home.  for my whole mining 'career' wore one every day no matter whether 50 deg or 10 deg on nightshift. when hot helps sweat evaporate., when cold, its another layer ..
