Hello @StuF feeling better with thyroid. So far so good for now. Don't know how long it will last but dredged my meridians with Bian Stone last night and it cleared emotional body and opened up blocked energy channels. Haven't had a sweat in 6 hours. Flushed a lot of toxins and just felt better overall. Bian stone is very cooling and balancing to the body. Bian stones used to pre-date acupuncture. Acupuncture evolved out of Bian Stones. Bian stones regulate Qi.

@StuF When does group start back up again in the New Year? I know you always look forward to group. I met a lot of nice people in group programs. GROW used to have a group near me. The people were really nice. They adhered to GROW principles which was a bit rigid but I guess you got to preserve the program. The group was dignified and full of genteel people from all walks of life. It reminded me of occupational therapy hospital groups when the government had funding for that. These days psychiatric patients get nothing. The only problem is psychiatric illness is becoming more widespread and services are restricted for people with acute and chronic symptoms

Group restarts next Tuesday. Yep, I'm looking forward to it

As for psychiatric services in the public system...I dunno what happened with it, but just before Christmas there was a mass resignation by public psychiatrists in NSW...like, 150 at once. Of course they wanted better conditions and pay...as I said, never heard what happened in the end. But crazy stuff
