Thats ok @TAB you're sick and unable to do much around the house. Its hard keeping up appearances but you have not been well for a long time so you should not judge yourself. My house used to be in a complete mess years ago. I found it really difficult to do cleaning as I was bedridden. Back then they used to have council home help. The only problem is the next door neighbour used to work in the rates department of the council so didn't want them gossiping about me and spreading rumours. You can't trust anyone.
