not been weighing myself and not doing much to help it , but think lost a bit think week @Former-Member renewal date tomorrow, got none, not going to get it. still have scripts
think i have enough meds in system atm..maybe start it again after get off this horrible heart med which can only be taken short term. not heard anything re next heart procedure, prob next year now

Yes walking helps my arthritis, the pain is non-existent when I regularly walk @TAB. I think its a good idea removing the extra weight-loss med so your system can cope with the heart med. It can be a bit too much to put up with them combined. The burden of pharmaceuticals with their side effects can be intolerable. Having a slack day today. Wish I could do more
