Running accom  ideas past brothers , getting bad advice , ha @Meowmy  already  thinking of new ideas. Won't tell them anything else. One said stay w other one. The other one said too dear for me to city and stay around where I live so can 'save money' ie be unemployed. That was same one that said don't buy this house .surely he can't be that stupid. He must hate me. Really wants me to fail... even more than sister..

that is so awesome @Bill16 im so proud of you, i remember when we first met on sane you where in such a bad place, keep making  progress mate as they say in the fast and the furious "it does not matter if you win by an inch or a mile, winning is winning". same goes with progress.
