i hope you didnt pay too much for your hydrogen water @SmilingGecko water is mainly hydrogen(H2O) or if you have bought a heavy water plant that took whole countries decades to perfect

Hydronium (H3O ) exists in ordinary and distilled water and is toxic if taken in large quantities. it exists in space apparently .

I did not buy cheap as the knockoffs are not safe to drink from I read Dr. Mercola and research papers from the Molecular Hydrogen Institute. As well as 3rd party independent testing on a brand sold by a man I have had business dealings with in the past whom I trust and respect

Just had a fruit of the forest berry smoothie for brekky. Its a nice morning with dew on the lawn. It should be a mild day compared to yesterday. Cat is on my "spy who shagged me" chair which I got from the Salvos years ago. Its an amazing chair, looks like something from the 1960's lol Cat seems to like it

Ha ha lol @TAB. It seems to like that chair for some reason. Every morning she just props herself on the chair and curls in a ball and goes to sleep. Its her favorite little place in the living room. She can look out the window or I may put on a ballerina lamp to add a soft accent to the room where she can relax in comfort
