person at checkout was standing so far away from me, i decided to check them out, was a school girl. anyway, as went to pay she told me I had dropped something. was my shopping list. so I said ha better pick that up, dont want to give away my secrets.. lol no reaction from bozo at checkout, hard to tell re schoolkid as wearing sunglasses lol

1745 here and just opened 2nd beer @ENKELI  was only 31 here today but having to run a/c for a bit around late afternoon/dusk and to get to sleep maybe. think 44 here saturday

day was pretty nothing, well got more frozen prawns and got frozen chips for airfryer later lol

I did ring about gas tho

• rang hardware shop re filling big cylinders they wouldnt do it.
• rang local fuel place who are robbers , charge $40 deliver, not related to distance, so am 1 k fm depot costs me same as 50ks ha ha ha lol 
• they still have me on record , so am up for $42 rent on bottle in february, may reconsider returning it then, have been using 9kg cylinders last 12 months lol no rent , no delivery, plus cheaper ha ha 

so, had been avoiding that, so was good to get it done.  

will ring council tomorrow re their interpretationof carport rules and look at putting something up. poor car needs to be out of sun, damage already done, but yeah, only going to get worse. was parked under tree for a year at caravan pk in perth  had to get super wash every few months, literally was stripping layers of paint off.. plus carport at kal blew over in storm, so car was in weather for a year there as well, ugh ..

@TAB my gosh, you have had quite a productive day Tabby. I managed to get up, get dressed and that's about it!!

I hear you about the car needing to be parked undercover. Because my carport is full of furniture and boxes I need to go through my car is normally parked in the driveway. I have been parking it under a tree in the heat and making sure any bird crap is sprayed off ASAP. My last car had paint protection but I can't remember if I paid for it on Paris.

I need to work out what to do with everything in the carport. Unfortunately it's not just a matter of getting rid of everything as there are some pieces that I am attached to.

I hope your council allows you to put up a carport. If not, let me know and I will threaten to sing for them!!

ha ha @ENKELI lol me me w zero experience as landed gentry .. apparently standard planning rules across SA now unless in some weird private estate..

just depends on local persons interpretation of the rules.. might put a shade cloth up,well there or around back . will be horizontal, but main purpose is to keep sun off house walls .. wont be telling them about that. pretty sure have already got one somewhere and forgotten about it lol, was waiting for me to design it and get poles and fittings ha ha lol
