Hello @TAB since I've got back into walking the scales have gone down! YAY. Thought it may have been stubborn weight. Going out soon to run an errand which would be another extra walk today. Cat meowing at front door this morning, shes been fed and has gone to sleep in her chair. Got to get the day rolling. Were you able to empty out the fridge? I've got my ingredients for my diabetic xmas, hardly cost anything. Having a limp biscuit chrissie again hardly cost anything lol

well, its a bit of an achievement @Meowmy , no longer got them lying around not used and getting older. and the money got = what I paid in bills this morning ha ha lol

very good re cat @SmilingGecko  mines asleep on bedroom floor all sprawled out.

ive put on weight. only stopped meds  like 4 days ago. can feel difference in feet,scary, must have been from combination of meds getting diabetes like symptoms. read supposed to taper. not spending anymore money on weight stuff. think any weight loss was usually straight after took weekly dose then just stablised.all poison anyway. will just eat better and exercise more. sold other a/c just now. person who picked it up nearly drove into my split system trying to back down driveway ha ha, that would not have been good..

got drs appt w gastro specialist in 4hrs , not sure whether to try a nap before then, or go to shop and get food , or both, or neither ..lol

think do nothing wins .. ha

Hey @TAB I love it when my cat visits. She has her own timer and arrives every morning at the same time of day on my front patio. I've been mixing up her wet food for a bit of variety.  She seems to like anything I put out. 

Theres a probiotic called Akk*****sia which has GLP-1 in it the same thing in these weightloss pharmaceuticals have which promote weightloss. I learnt about it from an online doctor. The supp is like $80/month which does work out cheaper and it would be a lot safer than the Oz**pic family type of weightloss meds today. Its a probiotic but because it has GLP-1 in it it does the same thing as these meds. 

You sold your aircon. What a win! Well its paid bills! I just got paid my DSP and paid off my debts again.
