Swimming pool. Oh the luxury. I wish I still had friends with a pool. Come to think of it I wish I still had friends lol!!

I am grateful for the night meds that make me sleep with this weather. When I lived in Forrestfield I was in what was the addition in the house and the floor was tiled. It was freezing in winter but summer was almost tolerable and I never needed the ancient wall air con, just a fan.

@TAB there is an organisation called Good Shepherd Loans that do NILs loans for whitegoods etc so I am going to check them out. I already got my Centrelink advance to pay my mortgage arrears so can't access for another 11 months. There are options so I am not too worried.

I hope your evening is going well and you are taking care of yourself.  How are your toofs these days?  I have to wait until next year before I can get any more work done but I am also going to contact my super fund to see about accessing money to get a plate for my missing front teeth. Truly, all I want for Christmas is my 2 front teeth!!

@Glisten you always know how to make my eyes glisten. 

I am doing well mentally but I am also feeling teary because I miss the Godkids and their mum. I reached out to her a few weeks back, just a simple message letting her know how much I love her and the kids, and how special she is to me but she never responded. It is getting easier but Christmas was really important for us so I am mindful that I will probably have sad periods over the next month.

9 years is a long time to be friends with a person and while I know there is a reason that we are no longer friends it doesn't stop the hurt.

I hope in the New Year I will gain the confidence in myself to go out and meet new people.
