Re: Share a cuppa?

Hey

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hi all,

I’m having a rough day.

I have bipolar disorder and live with my partner and her son in his early 20’s. Sometimes I find their issues overwhelming and today I’ve had enough.

Ive packed just a few things and am at a family members nearby.

Already the serenity in another place is quite soothing…

Re: Share a cuppa?

Glad you're taking care of yourself @P0larBear . Sending good vibes

Re: Share a cuppa?

It's good @P0larBear that you can take a bit of a break. Is your partner understanding of how you feel?

Sending warmest wishes

Hanami

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hi @hanami

Most of the time but her work has been stressful recently and her son being extremely lazy with chores such as last night hasn’t helped where she was quite upset. So she’s a bit clouded atm

Im not mad at her but there’s just too much “noise atm. I am annoyed at her son though as his laziness is very consistent.

Being an introvert and bi polar it’s better to argue less now and discuss later…

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hi @POlar Bear. How are you?

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hanging in there mate, how are you?

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hi @P0larBear,

I'm sorry to read today has been a rough one for you. Sometimes it is a good idea when people are feeling overwhelmed to take a step back / a break and find a bit of solitude.

I hope the time away helps you feel a bit better and gives you a break from what has been going on.

Warm wishes,

FloatingFeather

Re: Share a cuppa?

Thanks @FloatingFeather

it’s happened a few times though.

Just makes me question things when repeated negative habits occur.

I shouldn’t be feeling like this when I’m on holidays, having to go away from my own “home” for respite?

I dunno…

Re: Share a cuppa?

Very wise to take some space @P0larBear

I hope it all goes well when you return. And I really hope some chores have been done!

Warmest wishes

Hanami
