@amber22 exactly as we planned! was perfect and a great little celebration at home

I’m still really tired, I don’t know if it’s the same for you but I’d liken it to Christmas you spend so much planning and mental energy and then after 1 day it’s all over (the celebration part) and life goes back to a semi normal, it was exactly what we wanted and we’re so sooo happy. still buzzing.
we just wanted to have all our friends and family together in the same place, we didn’t need to spend thousands or go all out, our main thing was just having everyone together in the garden we grew together

I went back to work today I won’t get any time off over the break from the nursery

Yay!! I am so happy for you - that sounds absolutely amazing. It must have been so nice to have a celebration with all of your close friends and family and not do too much of a big thing, I find those are always the nicest as they are more intimate and you can speak to everyone instead of only getting to speak to a few people, and the people that are there are the ones that truely care and love you too. 

I definitely get what you mean about it being such a big build up and then all of a sudden it is over with. I am glad you enjoyed the day, so happy for you and your family @ArraDreaming
