Hi @Meowmy, it's good you're having a good rest. I had a good chat with my spiritual brother Stephen last night. He's mourning the passing of his close friend Danny, and was talkinh about his ego, and I kept saying ego isn't a bad thing, we all have an ego and it plays an important part in our survival and coping mechanisms. I told him the group Sky Hooks wrote a song "Ego is not a Dirty Word" which is about the need to have a healthy ego, as well as a healthy self esteem.

Anyway we had a 2 hour chat and it was good to hear he's doing well... but I slept like a log after, and I hope I didn't snore. How are you?
