I think I know what caused the headache, there was a strong chemical smell in the shopping centre bathroom that caused my asthma to flare up. 

Still very emotionally depleted

@avant-garde oh that's the worst, I hate the strong chemical smells, it also affects my asthma so I know what it's like.
