I have fond memories of my dad taking me to Garden Island when we lived near by. He introduced me to officers he had served with and showed me all over the various different boats. 

 

My son was in cadets for a little while at a local RAAF base.

Your dad Navy. 

When I was in absolute high anxiety worst time of my life I did some fantastic ship pictures - just whipped them up. 

 

But they were a long time ago.

I never had knowledge of your back. I'm so sorry.so much makes sense what you have had to manage throughout your life. 

 

In your life journey, my youngest son's, my journey I'm starting to feel the importance of feelings. 

 

I'll be looking at some notes on feelings that are around here somewhere........

In about three weeks we are going on that ferry.

 My psychotherapist has scoliosis - again didn't know for years until she told me this year. 

Iv seem her for 22 years.......
