think bed here @Meowmy  I give in .soup started , got rid of some older food, need to do something w silverside in fridge doubt even goes off put wouldnt want to leave much longer maybe I have some and throw rest out for birds. had so much food, meat esp lying around. pills was taking reduced my appetite, was only eating when hungry not for sake of it , guess

hey @StuF  wind still howling here. not long up. think go to bigtown to pick up new glasses again, got reading (magnifying) lenses changed for normal prescription ones ha ha lol frames are a bit old person trying to look young, but time for a change and time to show it off lol re class on tues , hosp etc, getting old wearing safety glasses everywhere like a homeless person lol
