So what if you are a square peg trying to fit into a round hole just not on this website but everywhere and for now you kind of know what might help but are too ashamed to talk about it because it feels like no one else experiences this and the fear of being judged in huge, so huge lots of times I think the permanent solution is justified. I am trying to go forwards but the solutions bring so much shame and fear of judgement.

@Former-Member. I have discovered through life and on this forum. That there is nothing that I have felt or done, that another person hasn't done. WE are all human. We all experience things differently. But we all feel.
If you are worried that your 'solution' is odd or to be ashamed of, could you maybe discuss it offline with one of the moderators here. They may be able to assure you that what you want to do, or whatever it is we are discussing here, is normal and nothing to be embarrassed or ashamed about.
I pretty much think anything goes. So long as you don't hurt anyone. And if it will help you, then maybe it would be a good thing. This is a bit hard to say, when I don't know what it 'is' we are discussing here. But I understand your need for privacy as well.
So maybe offline with a moderator or with a therapist, or a phone counseling service - a reputible one.
